The property consists of 353 each Puff Plus Disposable Device (5%/3.2ml), untaxed and counterfeit tobacco products; 275 each Puff Plus Disposable Device (5%/3.2ml), untaxed tobacco products; 4 each Puff Flex Disposable Device (5%/8ml) untaxed and counterfeit tobacco products; and 349 each Flum Float Disposable Device (5%/8ml), untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to: Revenue and Taxation Code section 30474.1, and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on October 19, 2021, at 2:30 p.m. from A & R Liquors LLC, dba: Del Norte Liquor, located at 11299 San Pablo Ave., Ste. P, El Cerrito, CA 94530.
