The property consists of 5,860 each Puff Plus Disposable Devices (3.2ml / 5%), untaxed tobacco products; 553 each Puff XXL Disposable Devices (6.5ml / 5%), untaxed tobacco products; 700 each Puff Xtra Disposable Devices (5ml / 5%), untaxed tobacco products; 42 each Puff Flow Disposable Devices (4ml / 5%), untaxed tobacco products; 40 each Bang XXL Disposable Devices (6ml / 6%), untaxed tobacco products; 20 each Air Bar Max Disposable Devices (6.5ml / 5%), untaxed tobacco products; and 15 each Hyppe Max Disposable Devices (5ml / 5%) untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on August 31, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. from William Pato, dba: Greek Smoke Shop, located at 7027 El Cajon Blvd., San Diego, CA 92115-1825.
