The property consists of 37 items of various untaxed / unsecured packaging of cannabis or cannabis products and 4 packs 67’s brand, unstamped, non–MSA cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436, on July 14, 2021, at 2:45 pm from Kareem N. Daoud, DBA House of Vape and Smoke, located at 944 W. 6th St., Ste. 114, Corona, CA 92882.
