The property consists of 22,281 grams of cannabis flowers, untaxed and unsecured cannabis products; 1,372 grams of cannabis leaves, untaxed and unsecured cannabis products; and 5,056 units of various untaxed and unsecured cannabis products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016 on March 10, 2021, at 10:10 p.m. from Elevate Health Life a Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation, dba: The Garden, located at 718 N. La Brea Ave., Inglewood, CA 90302.
