California Department of Tax and Fee Administration Presents Free
Restaurant and Food Industry Small Business Tax Seminar in Cerritos

Sacramento – The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) invites business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs to attend a free Restaurant and Food Industry Small Business Tax Seminar in Cerritos on Thursday, November 8, 2018.

This seminar will deliver informative presentations for those in the restaurant and food industry or those who want to expand their business knowledge. Topics will include the Sales and Use Tax Law as it applies to food and beverage sales, employee versus independent contractor and requirements for alcohol licenses. Representatives from the CDTFA, Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), Employment Development Department (EDD) and Los Angeles County Department of Public Health will conduct presentations and answer questions.
