Sales and Use Tax Regulation 1599, Coins and Bullion

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration amended Sales and Use Tax Regulation 1599, Coins and Bullion. The amendments to Regulation 1599 clarify that the January 1, 2023, increase in the bulk sale threshold is operative on July 1, 2023, instead of January 1, 2023, pursuant to the provisions of Senate Bill No. 889 (Stats. 2023, ch. 511).
